Work from your Windows PC or Mobile

Do remote assistance and unattended access from Windows machines. DeskRoll will work in your web browser.

Supported browsers

Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Opera and Edge. Internet Explorer 11+ is supported but can be slower.

Connect to Windows to do remote support

Your users run a desktop application for 1 remote support session. They may choose to keep the application.

Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2008, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10.

Work from your Linux machine

From Linux, you can make remote connections to support Windows and Mac machines. DeskRoll will work in your web browser.

Supported browsers

Chrome, Firefox, Konqueror. So, any flavor with a GUI will do, e.g. Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, RedHat, Fedora, Mandriva, etc.
DeskRoll does not offer remote support and unattended access connections to Linux machines yet.

iPad, iPhone

Work from iPhone/iPad

From iOS, you can control Windows and Mac machines. DeskRoll will work in your mobile web browser.

Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.

Tap, swipe and stick to large screens

While DeskRoll works on iPhone, iPad is great, for more precise and comfortable control. Touch gestures are supported.

DeskRoll does not offer remote access to iOS devices.

Android

Work from Android devices

From Android tablets and smartphones, you can control Windows and Mac machines. DeskRoll will work in-browser.

Use DeskRoll Android application

Android app is available in Google Play. We recommend a device with 5.5-inch or larger screen and 720p or higher resolution.
