Opening ports and whitelisting IP addresses

The following domains and/or IP addresses are required for DeskRoll to communicate properly:

URLs

• *.deskroll.com - main domain and all subdomains. Unfortunately, main site cannot be whitelisted by IP addresses because of the CDN.

IP addresses

• 52.22.202.167
• 52.7.123.243

Connections from client to host are peer-to-peer and encrypted within a 256-bit AES channel. The services communicate using port 443 (HTTP over SSL/TLS), and no additional ports need to be opened on the firewall.

For initiating P2P connection we use STUN servers provided by Google or Firefox:
